Guide to Nessebar

Nessebar is situated north of Bourgas and is just west of Sunny Beach.

This picturesque town is one of the oldest in europe, having emerged as a fortified Thracian settlement over 9,000 years ago.  Nessebar has both an old town and a new town.  The narrow cobblestone streets, wooden houses, taverns and courtyards all make Nessebar a popular tourist destination.

Nessebar has no shortage of Restaurants, cafes and taverns all offering a wide range of cusine and cheap prices.

Nightlife in Nessebar is quite limited but with the bustling nghtlife of Sunny Beach only 3 Km away there is no shortage of entertainment.

There are 2 beaches in Nessebar both are near the new town.  The old town boast architectural monuments, ancient churches and museums.
